Terms of Service & Data Handling

Plain-language summary. RoKStats is an independent, fan-made analytics tool for the mobile game Rise of Kingdoms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lilith Games. We record publicly visible in-game governor statistics to help kingdom leaders manage their alliances. 1. Who we are

RoKStats (“we”, “the service”) is an independent tool operated by a private individual, reachable at drcost@wp.pl. It provides scanning, statistics dashboards, calculators and optional management automations for Rise of Kingdoms alliances.

2. What data we handle

We record publicly visible in-game information that any player can see by opening a governor’s profile or the in-game rankings, including:

• Governor ID, in-game nickname (and its change history), alliance and alliance tag, civilization, kingdom;
• Public combat and progression statistics: power, kill points, tier kills, dead troops, resources gathered/assisted, victories/defeats, and similar rankings-page figures;
• Kingdom / alliance migration history derived from re-scans over time.

We do not collect real-world identity data about players, in-game chat, private messages, account credentials, or payment-card details. Account holders (kingdom leaders and officers who register) provide a username and password; passwords are stored only as a salted hash.

3. Why we handle it

Kingdom leaders use these public figures to run their alliances — distributing rewards fairly, tracking KvK participation, planning rosters, recruiting, and scouting opponents. Data is shown only to authenticated users, scoped to the alliances/kingdoms an account is permitted to view.

4. Your choices (players)

If you are a player and do not want your public profile displayed by RoKStats, email drcost@wp.pl from any contact with your governor ID and we will hide your profile and stop displaying your record. Because the underlying figures are public in-game, this removes them from our service; it does not change anything inside the game itself.

5. Payments & access

Paid tiers (management bot, KvK Season Pass, additional scans) are billed through PayPal. After payment, PayPal sends a receipt to our operator and we grant your account access to the purchased features, typically within a few hours. Include your kingdom number with your order so we can match it. Subscriptions renew through PayPal until you cancel them in your PayPal account.

6. Refunds

One-off deliverables (a KvK Season Pass round, a scouting scan) are refundable only before the work is delivered. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid period; we don’t pro-rate partial periods. If something we delivered was broken on our side, contact us and we’ll make it right.

7. No warranty / availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty. Scanned figures are captured by automated screen reading and may contain errors or be out of date; do not rely on them as the sole basis for irreversible decisions. The service runs on modest infrastructure and may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Trademarks & game content

“Rise of Kingdoms” and all related names, marks and imagery are the property of Lilith Games and its licensors. RoKStats is an unofficial fan tool and claims no ownership of them. Game statistics are facts about public game state; interface screenshots and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
